• A.Partners — Dubai-based A.Partners is a venture capital firm investing globally in early-stage startups. • ADQ — Abu Dhabi’s ADQ is one of the largest regional holding companies, established in 2018. • Annex Investments — Abu Dhabi-based Annex Investments operates as a hybrid single-family office and venture capital firm, focusing on early-stage Seed opportunities. The firm invests in transformative startups, builds strategic initiatives, and supports multinational companies entering the UAE. By combining the patience of family capital with VC agility, it positions itself as a unique platform for growth in the MENA region.

• Artal Capital — Riyadh-based Artal Capital is an independent investment management firm licensed by Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority. Founded in 2018 by seasoned investors with over 30 years of combined experience, the firm focuses on venture opportunities in SaaS and related sectors. Artal leverages deep expertise across diverse asset classes to drive long-term value creation in its portfolio companies.

• Arzan Venture Capital — Kuwait’s Arzan Venture Capital is among the earliest VC firms in the MENA region, established in 2014. Focused on Seed and A-round stages, it invests in young, fast-growing technology companies with a regional angle. Arzan emphasizes close collaboration with entrepreneurs, helping them scale while building long-term relationships and supporting innovation across SaaS and tech-driven sectors.

• AUM Ventures — Abu Dhabi-based AUM Ventures is an early and pre-growth stage venture capital fund focused on Indian entrepreneurs. Targeting A-round opportunities in AI, ML, SaaS, and consumer sectors, the firm bridges global investors with Indian founders. • Beta Lab — Riyadh’s Beta Lab is a venture capital firm investing at Seed and A-round stages across AI, ML, and SaaS sectors. It empowers businesses with both capital and strategic guidance, leveraging global networks to help companies expand. Beta Lab takes a hands-on approach, tailoring solutions to entrepreneurs’ needs, fostering sustainable growth, and prioritizing long-term partnerships with its portfolio companies.
