The firm seeks to position itself as Europe’s leading pre-seed and seed AI-focused fund, supporting sustainable digital innovation and visionary entrepreneurs at an international scale.

  • Decart Ventures — Larnaca’s Decart Ventures is a global venture capital fund managing $100m AUM and investing at the seed stage. With an international focus spanning the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia, it backs startups in Fintech, E-commerce, SaaS, and AI, co-investing alongside world-class investors to support globally oriented early-stage companies.

  • Decelera — Mahón-based Decelera is a venture capital firm investing in AI, ML, and SaaS startups at seed and A-round stages. With a founder-centered approach, Decelera emphasizes mission-driven entrepreneurs, providing resources and a supportive ecosystem to help build transformative, sustainable businesses capable of becoming the next generation of impactful tech unicorns.

• • Demium — Valencia’s Demium is a venture capital firm launched in 2013 with a focus on talent investment. Backed by a €50 million fund, it invests in over 75 startups annually at pre-seed and seed stages, primarily in AI, ML, and SaaS. Demium positions itself as Spain’s most active VC by supporting digital and tech-driven entrepreneurs from the very beginning.

  • DFF Ventures — Amsterdam-based DFF Ventures is a pre-seed and seed investor backing digital solutions for non-digital industries across EMEA. The fund focuses on B2B, marketplaces, and vertical SaaS, with a preference for recommerce models.   • DI Technology — Munich’s DI Technology invests in early growth B2B companies across SaaS, IoT, TMT, AI, robotics, and data analytics.   • Emma Ventures — Zürich-based emma Ventures is a seed-stage investor supporting impact-driven founders building businesses in Healthcare, SaaS, Fintech, Edtech, Foodtech, and consumer sectors. The firm values diverse teams across gender, race, and backgrounds, aiming to back entrepreneurs creating positive societal and environmental change with scalable solutions.

  • Forestay Capital — Geneva’s Forestay Capital is an early-growth stage tech fund focused on SaaS companies. Part of B-FLEXION, it partners with visionary teams reaching growth inflection points.
