• 2 | Twelve — San Francisco-based 2.12 Angels invests at the pre-seed stage in enterprise startups. The firm emphasizes speed, making decisions within a day of founder meetings, and often co-invests alongside top venture firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and Greycroft. Its mission is to provide maximum value per dollar invested, supporting early companies with capital and strategic networks.

• 305 Ventures — Miami-based 305 Ventures is a pre-seed and seed-focused venture firm launched by active founders. The fund emphasizes founder-to-founder backing, providing early-stage entrepreneurs with capital and shared operational experience. Its model is centered on collaborative partnerships with ambitious teams building the next generation of startups.

• 500 Emerging Europe — Based in Kentucky, 500 Emerging Europe is part of the 500 Global network, focused on nurturing talented entrepreneurs in the region. The fund invests in defensible technology companies that leverage talent arbitrage to scale globally. With a pre-seed emphasis, it helps founders build explosive businesses that have potential to become international leaders.

• 500 Latin America — 500 Latin America, part of 500 Global, invests in Spanish-speaking founders across Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and beyond. Since 2012, the fund has deployed $34M+ into 300+ startups, including Clip and Konfio. Its pre-seed investments combine capital, mentorship, and a global founder community to drive regional growth.

• Abell Foundation — Baltimore-based Abell Foundation operates as a private foundation with a catalytic impact approach. It provides pre-seed investments in businesses that deliver social and economic benefits to Baltimore City. Beyond capital, the foundation funds research and grants, aiming to foster inclusive growth through entrepreneurship and innovation.

• Acquired Wisdom Fund — Acquired Wisdom Fund, based in Mountain View, invests pre-seed in technology startups founded by seasoned professionals. The fund helps entrepreneurs transform their expertise into scalable products, supporting founders with capital and experience to grow enduring companies. Its focus lies in early-stage software-driven opportunities.

• ACTAI Ventures — Wayzata-based ACTAI Ventures manages the ACTAI Unicorn Fund II, targeting pre-seed through Series A opportunities. The firm backs high-growth companies leveraging purpose-driven technology for societal impact and efficiency. With its community-driven ethos, ACTAI connects capital with entrepreneurs reshaping industries through innovation.

• Altari Ventures — New York-based Altari Ventures is a pre-early stage venture capital fund focused on enterprise technology. It invests in areas such as data-driven intelligence, capital markets technology, CFO tech, embedded finance, and infrastructure convergence. The firm supports founders building foundational tools for enterprise growth.

• Altruis Capital — Michigan-based Altruis Capital is a pre-seed firm investing in passionate founders with bold ideas.
