US accelerators investing in AI/ML

Today, we selected 20 active US accelerators from our database, investing in AI/ML startups.  

Our team reviewed, checked, and enriched the list with the necessary data.

Here goes:

• Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) — New York-based Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) is a technology accelerator and early-stage venture capital fund investing in fintech, SaaS, AI, and ML startups at the A-round and seed stages. Since 2011, it has invested in over 330 startups that collectively raised more than $2 billion. ERA runs two mentor-driven programs each year, providing funding, workspace, and extensive business resources.

• 43North — Buffalo’s 43North is an accelerator investing $5 million annually to support high-growth startups in AI, ML, and SaaS at the A-round and seed stages. Founded in 2014, its portfolio companies have raised over $1 billion. The program offers funding, mentorship, and resources to help businesses scale successfully in Buffalo, New York.

• 2080 Ventures — San Francisco’s 2080 Ventures is an accelerator focused on emerging markets and sectors such as AI, ML, SaaS, and consumer products. It invests in early and growth-stage startups at the seed and A-round levels. With partners experienced at Techstars and 500 Global, the firm has backed unicorns like Animoca Brands, SpaceX, and Cerebras.

• Accelr8 — Boston-based ACCELR8 is an impact-focused accelerator and fund investing at the seed and A-round stages in AI, ML, climate, and SaaS ventures. It aims to drive technologies that reduce and sequester greenhouse gases while proving that profitability and social impact can coexist sustainably in the climate economy.

• Acme Innovation — Emeryville’s Acme Innovation operates a seed-stage accelerator bridging startups and major entertainment corporations. Focused on AI, ML, SaaS, and gaming, Acme’s Collider program and proprietary developer tools foster collaboration between tech innovators and industry leaders, powering solutions for loyalty programs and consumer applications.

• AlphaLab Health — Pittsburgh’s AlphaLab Health is a healthcare and life sciences accelerator supporting startups in AI, ML, biotechnology, hardware, healthcare, and SaaS at the seed stage. Backed by Innovation Works and Allegheny Health Network, it offers tailored resources, mentorship, and programming for founders in these industries.

• AWS Healthcare Accelerator — Stanford’s AWS Healthcare Accelerator is a virtual four-week seed-stage program for healthcare startups leveraging AI and ML. It provides technical mentorship, business guidance, and access to AWS expertise to help participants address workforce challenges and scale their healthcare innovations effectively.

• Blue Startups — Honolulu-based Blue Startups is a technology accelerator supporting scalable companies in SaaS, AI, ML, travel, and climate innovation. Operating under the mentor-driven model, it connects startups across Hawai‘i, Asia, and Silicon Valley, offering access to over $1 million in perks and a powerful investor network.

• Cedars-Sinai Accelerator — Los Angeles’s Cedars-Sinai Accelerator is a health-tech accelerator investing in AI, ML, healthcare, and SaaS startups at the A-round and seed stages. Its three-month program offers mentorship, physician access, and fundraising preparation to help 10–12 startups develop market-ready medical innovations.

• DeltaClimeVT — Montpelier’s DeltaClimeVT accelerator supports seed-stage ventures in AI, ML, climate, energy, and fintech. Operated by the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund, the program’s immersive sprints help founders refine strategies, attract investors, and scale their impact within the climate economy ecosystem.
