Today, we gathered a new list of 131 active US-based venture capital firms fo major corporations, also known as corporate VCs or CVCs.

Our team reviewed, checked, and enriched the list with the necessary data.
Here are the first 15:

  • 301 INC - Venture arm of General Mills investing in founders transforming the entire food ecosystem. Delivers capital plus deep food-industry expertise and access to General Mills’ scale, accelerating market entry and sustainable growth.

  • 3M New Ventures - Corporate venturing team of 3M. Partners with startups in materials, manufacturing, AI, transportation, and consumer tech, pairing investment with 3M’s R&D labs, global customer network, and operational know-how to scale solutions tackling world-class challenges.

  • Acacia Digital - Venture arm of Acacia Digital Holdings, a diversified blockchain platform. Since 2021 it backs early-stage blockchain, AI, and energy startups, providing investment, technical resources, and an ecosystem bridging decentralized finance with real-world applications.

  • Accenture Ventures - Helps high-growth startups reach enterprise scale through capital and “Project Spotlight,” granting founders direct access to Accenture’s technologists, industry partners, and Global 2000 clients. Focus areas include AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS.

  • ADM Ventures - Corporate fund of ADM investing in Series A+ food and ag-tech companies with proven traction. Seeks scalable technologies across ingredients, supply chain, and sustainability, often leading rounds and taking board roles to align startups with ADM’s global operations.

  • Amazon Alexa Fund - Amazon’s $200M+ venture fund backing voice, ambient computing, smart devices, AI, and entertainment startups. Portfolio firms gain investment plus Amazon integrations, marketing support, and access to Alexa, Fire TV, and Echo ecosystems to speed consumer adoption.

  • AMD Ventures - Invests in startups building pervasive AI, next-generation data centers, and immersive experiences atop AMD platforms. Provides capital, deep technical collaboration, marketing reach, and partner networks to accelerate innovation across hardware, software, and cloud.

  • Applied Ventures - VC arm of Applied Materials; invests up to $100 M annually in AI, semiconductors, advanced materials, AR/VR, autonomous vehicles, life sciences, and cleantech. Leverages Applied’s fabrication expertise and supply-chain relationships to commercialize deep-tech innovations worldwide.

  • Aspire Ventures - Lancaster-based firm deploying capital, IP, and partnerships to transform healthcare through precision medicine. Its adaptive AI platform A2I helps portfolio companies deliver mobile, cloud, and machine-learning solutions faster, advancing patient-centered care worldwide.

  • Assurant Ventures - Corporate VC of Assurant investing in growth-stage startups across consumer connectivity, automotive, housing, and insurtech. Offers capital plus access to multibillion-dollar business units and channel partners, providing unique market insights and partnerships; portfolio exceeds 30 companies.

  • BDMI - Bertelsmann’s corporate VC fund targeting next-gen media, Web3, enterprise SaaS, and fintech. Founders tap a worldwide network of media assets, platforms, and tech partners across Bertelsmann’s divisions to accelerate distribution and revenue growth.

  • Bentley iTwin Ventures - $100 M fund co-investing in seed to Series B startups developing digital-twin solutions for infrastructure design, simulation, construction, and operations. Combines capital with Bentley Systems’ software expertise and customer base to digitize global infrastructure.

  • BMW i Ventures - Silicon Valley VC backing high-performance companies in hardware, software, sustainability, manufacturing, and mobility. Provides capital, automotive know-how, and access to BMW’s global ecosystem to advance technologies shaping the future of transportation.

  • Borusan Ventures - Corporate VC of Borusan Group investing in early-stage tech across mobility, supply chain, logistics, energy, climate, and industrial software. Targets US and European startups, leveraging Borusan’s $7 B industrial footprint and networks to scale innovations internationally.

  • Bose Ventures - Investment arm of Bose identifying technologies that unlock new commercial opportunities in audio, health, wearables, and adjacent fields. Combines funding with acoustic engineering expertise, human-centered design, and global brand reach to help innovators revolutionize markets.
