Today, we selected 20 active Europe angel groups from our database, investing in SaaS startups.

• BADideas.fund — Riga-based BADideas.fund is a syndicate and angel group investing €50K–€250K in early-stage startups from CEE with global ambitions. Focused on AI, SaaS, and ML, the group combines investor expertise with structured deal flow to accelerate regional innovation.

• Be Angels — Louvain-la-Neuve’s Be Angels is one of Europe’s largest angel networks, with 500+ active members and 25+ years of experience. It has deployed €80M across 426+ startups, offering flexible investment plans and strategic support to founders across AI, SaaS, and emerging tech.

• Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. — Berlin-based BACB unites 120+ angels who invest several million euros annually in startups, primarily in SaaS. The club supports over 200 founders each year with mentoring, funding, and an active ecosystem in Germany’s startup capital.

• Capitole Angels — Founded in 2007 and based in Occitanie, France, Capitole Angels is part of the France Angels network. With 160+ members, it has invested nearly €10M in 53 companies, focusing on SaaS and leveraging its strong entrepreneur-investor community to drive growth.

• Carcharodon Capital — Stuttgart-based Carcharodon Capital invests €50K–€100K in pre-seed and seed B2B SaaS and AI startups. With over 30 angel investments completed, the firm provides hands-on support in company building, focusing on sectors like consulting, accounting, and fintech infrastructure.

• Cenitz — Neuilly-sur-Seine’s Cenitz is a club-deal angel group investing in early-stage and growth companies, with a focus on Greentech, Medtech, and SaaS. The group brings together private investors to back technology ventures with scalable global potential.

• Club degli Investitori — Turin’s Club degli Investitori is a 400-member network of entrepreneurs and professionals investing in Italian startups and scaleups. With €70M deployed across 60+ companies, the club emphasizes SaaS and innovation, offering portfolio companies both capital and a deep network.

• Club Impact Angels — Madrid-based Impact Angels focuses on profitable investments that deliver measurable social and environmental impact. It invests in AI, climate, and SaaS ventures, uniting VC professionals and private investors to build a fairer, more sustainable economy.

• Cobin Angels — Warsaw’s Cobin Angels is Poland’s largest angel network, supporting investors since 2015 with deal flow from Poland and Central Europe. Members provide both funding and mentorship to SaaS and tech startups, having completed dozens of transactions across diverse industries.
